"THANK YOU"

Hello, Blog friends:

I began my blog, Diane's Digital Designs, in July 2010 with a post of my very first digital stamp of this little boy looking over the teacher's desk:



For over six years, I've loved drawing digis weekly to post here hoping you would enjoy them too and use my digis on your projects. And you have!! Most of you, up the 1,000+ each week, found my blog by going to Free Digital Stamps [thank you, ladies!] and them directing you over here. However, since they closed the Free Digital Stamps blog, I have only 4 or 5 visitors each week. So, I think it's time to say, "GOOD'BYE!"

Even though I'm still drawing, I'm now devoting most of my time to watercolors, jewelry designing and selling. Also, I've started back woodturning on my lathe [haven't had time since 2002]. These now take up most of my crafting time so I think it's time to devote all of my creativity to painting, jewelry and woodturning.

It seems appropriate to end my digital stamps journey with the very same digi I posted first [above] and say THANK YOU FOR YOUR VISITS AND ENCOURAGEMENTS through the years [especially you, Suze--you've commented almost from the beginning and every week through to the end--you are a true, loyal blog-friend!!!]

I'll keep Diane's Designs up and maybe take it a different route--who knows????? Again, "Thank You" for all your wonderful support.

DDD #308 - "CAT TAILS"

Diane's Digital Designs #308 - "Cat Tails". These grow wild in watery areas here in Alabama. I don't know their real name. if you do, please leave me a comment below. [They sort of look like corn dogs,uh???? It least that's what my honest 10 year old grandson says] P.S. Sorry--he's just became 11 years old this week--"Happy Birthday, Jordan"

I think DDD #308 will make a great male card--you are always commenting that there is not enough digis for men/boys. Enjoy!

DDD #307 - "COSMOS"

Diane's Digital Designs #307 - "Cosmos" is also one of my favorite flowers--especially to paint with watercolors. Here is a 10" x 8" watercolor painting that hangs in our hall on my "Proud of Me Wall" [but it's for sale for $35 if you'd like to own it.] I'll ship it free here in mainland U.S.A. I'm a watercolor artist--not a photographer--As you can see!!! It took about 10 tries before I got this 'good' one.

DDD #305 - "HOME TWEET HOME"

Diane's Digital Designs #305" - "HOME TWEET HOME" is another of my 'Spring' digis because I'm ssssssoooooo ready for warmer weather. Are you????? I did a few zenspirations on the house and along the edges to make a border. This one is VERY similar to Diane's Digital Design #284 from last October--YOU can add a sentiment if you like.

Diane's Digital Designs #300 - "CAN YOU . . .JUGGLE?" [I'm asking: Can you actually keep 4 or 5 objects in the air for more than 30 seconds???"]

If you can and e-mail me a picture of you actually 'juggling 4-5 objects in the air' and give me permission to post your picture on my blog, I'll send you one of my unpublished digis. Won't this be fun?? My digi offer will end when my next digi is posted next Tuesday night at 12 midnight [CDT].
