DIGI #74

Hello, Friends:

Here is Digi #74, a computer-genetrated circle I made using Photo Shop; therefore, I did not sign nor date it.

In CardMaker Magazine, the "Reader Reach Out" page every month has an organization that needs handmade cards. In the March 2011 issue, the spotlight is on the "Gray Matters Foundation" which supports brain tumor patients and their families through encouragement and personal outreach.
As you can see in my cards above, I'm using Digi #74 to make cards for this very worthwhile foundation. On my last trip to the Dollar Tree I got a "St. Patrick's Day lei" which had green and white silk flowers. I separated them out and used a single flower to back the Digi Circle. To make them 'sparkle' I used my home-made 'glimmer mist' (YouTube as oodles of videos--I chose the video using frosty eye shadows. After several mistings I think they are cute). The gems are also Dollar Tree finds, and I used my Nestabilities Oval die-cut and recycled cardboard from who-knows-where (you know---'free!'). Each of these cards costs only pennies, and I thoroughly enjoyed designing them!
Hope you enjoy the inspiration cards, Digi #74, and your upcoming weekend!
Diane

P.S.My cards look yellow but they are WHITE (I took them a few minutes ago and think it's because I had to use a flash).
