DIGI REMOVED
Today here in central Alabama it's a FABulous day! Wayne plowed all the garden yesterday, and today we planted 2 rows of yellow corn. I thought since it's sunny, it would be warm--not so today--it's only 48 degrees in the sunshine and cool enough to wear long sleeves. For the last couple of years, we planted 'peaches & cream' corn--but not this year! Wayne said he bought 'yellow corn' because that's our oldest Grand's [Jalen] favorite. Now, our youngest Grand, he likes broccoli and has since he was a little tot! All the weather/garden reports have absolutely NOTHING to do with my Digi #82 today!
Ever wonder where artists get ideas from? Well, my idea came last night on some TV show I was watching when one of the characters said something about 'taking a happy pill'. I needed a 'get well' card today so I made today's digi a 'get well' pill. The 'happy' pill will be later [if you'd like it--just leave me a comment to let me know].
Enjoy the weather and Digi #82. Maybe my card will inspire you to make a project with it wherever you are. P.S. When leaving your comment, please leave your state and temperature too??? I'd love to see them.
Blessings to you.
Diane

Thanks for the pill bottle...cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm in southwestern Saskatchewan, Canada. Currently it is -5C (23F) with a wind chill of -13C (8.6F). Windchill means that's how cold it "feels." The temperature is cool, but the real problem here right now is that some of our highways are difficult and unsafe to travel due to being so icy and because of reduced visibility from blowing snow. There have been many accidents the last several days because of this, and the highways have even been closed at times. In other words, a police car sits at the edge of town and tells drivers to turn back. It is not safe to travel. Many people who have tried have found themselves upside down in a ditch, waiting for someone to help them, or have had collisions. Luckily, I am safe and cozy at home, and my town itself is perfectly safe to drive in.
Love this!
ReplyDeleteSuch an awesome stamp for a get well card.
