DDD #196 - "The Boots"

NOTE: DIGI REMOVED!

On our last RV trip out West, we stopped off outside Joplin, Missouri, to see my husband Wayne's cousin and his family. When we got to their house Gerald was on the patio with his feet up just like this--I thought he had on the most beautiful pair of boots I'd ever seen. Now understand: I'm not a cowgirl, I'm afraid of horses, and I don't particularily like cowboy boots--but these were exceptional! As soon as we got back to our RV, I had to draw the boots before I forgot how they looked [you know, of course, that I forgot to take my camera!]

Here is my card and since I didn't need a Father's Day card, I made mine a birthday. But, it will make a beautiful card for Dads.

Inside [remember, I'm trying to do all surfaces of my cards so this is both the left and right sides]:

  4. Oh My,,,it's been a while since I've been here. Love the Money. Now if only you could win one of those Powerballs.
This divi is adorable. We don't have nearly as many men (& women) wearing them as we did when I first moved here 15 years ago, but belt buckles are the rage and now & then an exceptional hat.
