DIGI REMOVED
I drew Diane's Digital Design #249 - "PLUMERIA" last week. We took lots of photos on our last [and every] trip to Hawaii. I combined several photos to make this digi.
Recently, I found The Frugal Crafter on YouTube and especially like her [Lindsay] watercolor techniques. I also love to do watercolors with Derwent Inktense watercolors, and she does lots of hers with Derwent too. Needless to say, I am in my 'water color painting phase'. And since I love to paint my own images, I'm also doing lots of drawing. This combination is 'my favorite' for this week. Who knows what next week will bring--Oh, Well!! Such is the life of an artist!
I post all this to tell you that I did a watercolor using DDD #249, BUT I can't show it to you now. Simply Create Too will have a new applicable challenge in a while and I'll showcase my painting of Diane's Digital Design #249 - "PLUMERIA" then. I'll keep you posted of WHEN. You'll probably have to use a light box [or up against a window on a sunny day] to trace it. Because, you know PC ink will run! By the way, if you use DDD #249 to do a painting, I'd love to see it and showcase your art here on my blog.
Hope you enjoy my new digi--by the way, it'll make a beautiful card TOO!
